About Galleria Doria Pamphilj
The Doria Pamphilj family has lived in the palazzo on Via del Corso since the seventeenth century. The gallery opened to the public in 1763 and is still owned by the family today.
Its galleries are arranged exactly as they were in the eighteenth century, with paintings hung salon-style on red velvet walls.
